Santo Concreto began to be conceived in the halls of PUC Campinas University, where friends Matheus De Nadai and Guilherme Malvezi were studying Civil Engineering. Sharing the same professional goal, they began to carry out projects with attention to detail and a team of employees, partners and suppliers chosen with great care.

Co-founder and CEO of Santo Concreto Group, Matheus is an experienced entrepreneur in managing both public and private construction projects. Before joining Santo Concreto, he worked with leading companies in the high-end construction sector, identifying market opportunities. Together with Guilherme, he studied Civil Engineering at PUCCAMP.
At Santo Concreto, Matheus serves as the Chief Commercial Officer, focusing on developing strategic partnerships, new projects, and business opportunities in the financial and real estate markets. He leverages cutting-edge technology and a high-performance team to deliver top-tier solutions to clients, ensuring excellence in project execution and management of high-standard construction projects.
GUILHERME MALVEZI

Co-founder and Chief Administrative Officer of Santo Concreto Group, Guilherme is a visionary entrepreneur with extensive experience in the construction industry. Before founding Santo Concreto, he worked in residential and infrastructure construction companies, overseeing project management, procurement, and budgeting. Throughout this journey, he identified strategic opportunities that played a key role in the creation of Santo Concreto.
At the company, Guilherme is responsible for ensuring the business's sustainability and structured growth. His role encompasses the management of administrative, legal, financial, contract, and human resources areas, always focused on results and operational excellence. With a strategic vision and commitment to innovation, he ensures that Santo Concreto continues to stand out in the market, building a solid foundation for the company’s future.
